After being approached by a close friend & asked to put together my experiences with the Ashy Bines Clean Eating Plan I’ve now decided to share it publicly. Being unhappy with my body & physical appearance for most of my adult life I made the change in 2011 to better my life by becoming fit, healthier & more active. I approached a close friend that had recently signed up & asked what she thought, what was included & did she feel it was beneficial to join. She encouraged me to join & of course on my weight loss journey. Upon purchasing the “Clean Eating Plan” for $49 (this was on one of the few occasions a promotional sale price was available due to the ABBBC fanpage reaching a milestone of fans) I received the email proceeded to download the PDF files as stated in the email. There was also a link to join their ‘Forum’. After clicking the link to join, I was greeted with a Closed Facebook Group. I become skeptical again as I waited to be accepted to this group. Whilst waiting I read through the PDF files which I found to be less then informative.
Clean Eating Recipes
Most information I’d already attained from my PT, through personal experience & also other fitness & health professionals I’ve interacted with on my weight loss journey. There was no meal plan as such or recipes present in this PDF, which I feel is false advertising. This was quite disappointing. But I wanted the lifestyle change & decided to push my cynicism aside & wait to see what the ‘forum’ was like.
Recently in Australia Ashy Bines, or some have dubbed (Trashy Bines) has been inundated with Facebook Friend Requests and wanting to know how to get her fabulous ‘Bikini Body’. The Diet industry, Slimming industry whatever you want to call it, is a multi-billion dollar industry in every western society, with everyone looking for a quick fix. There is no such thing, and either you are genetically blessed or not. Ashy Bines, has probably made a heap of money and profile that has allowed herself to have a nice little income and get herself booked for lad mags such as Zoo. If that is her aim, good on her.
Although she is shattering the dreams of a lot of women promising them their weight loss goals. Weight loss is quite honestly more in people’s mind than their body. This is not always just an issue of stopping someone from eating and motivating their exercise. People are their shape for a reason and that cannot be found on the internet or Google. It comes from health care professionals, monitoring a life plan of healthy eating habits and regular exercise. Anyone who is following her, I would say would be allot of young boys that cannot access porn,but it is not a weight loss plan for life.
The way to get Ashy Bines body is easy, Here are the rules. You have to be 20, give or take a year.

The problem the administrators of this Facebook group have with Ashy’s diet plan is that it is breaching Australian Consumer Law legislation. Anne, an administrator of the ‘’ Facebook page, says that Ashy and her product are misleading and deceptive. You cannot guarantee weight-loss and 2. You cannot offer 24/7 supervised forums and not provide them.” she says.
Have yet to take action despite complaints from those in this group. Ashy Bines does however have many loyal followers who swear by her plan. Tara Morgan is one of them.
