Hi all I've been following various threads for a while re Realtek Hi Def drivers. And even went to Samsung Support Centre.

ALL to no avail. I had to keep re installing the 64 bit driver every half an hour no matter what was suggested. ( the samsung guy to me to save all my files then re-install the whole chebang after he had unsuccessfully tried to fix.) I'm no wizz kid but finally worked out what was the cause.

SOMETHING was obviously conflicting so all I did was uninstall the AVG and SAMSUNG 'tweek' programs and HEY PRESTO all is sweet and running like a dream ( though I STILL would like to wipe the lot and do a clean install of Windows seven.) Just Saying. Thankyou for all the posts that I read on the subject.
